- Age groups: Kala-Sangam Online Art Exhibition & Competition features two distinct age categories, providing opportunities for artists of different age groups to showcase their talents and creativity:
Group A: 20 – 35 years
Group B: 36 years and above - Online Accessibility: The Kala-Sangam Online Art Exhibition & Competition breaks geographical barriers by providing a virtual space for artists to exhibit their work. This online format ensures that art lovers from around the globe can experience the diverse and vibrant creations on display
- Judges and Prizes: Esteemed judges from the art and media industry will evaluate the entries, bringing a wealth of expertise to the selection process. Top three will be selected in each category and ‘Medals, Memento & Certificate of Merit’ await the winners, offering not only recognition but also encouragement for their artistic journey. Also, Certificate of participation will be presented to all participants
- Community Engagement: Beyond the competitive aspect, Kala-Sangam aims to foster a sense of community among artists. Participants can engage with each other, share insights, and build connections that extend beyond the confines of the exhibition
- Virtual Galleries: Navigating through the virtual galleries, visitors will have the opportunity to immerse themselves in a curated collection of paintings, photographs, and sculptures on the official Facebook page of Kala-Sangam, Colours Art Academy, Srishti Media along with the YouTube channel ‘Jyoti Films’ from 5 to 10 April 2024. This digital experience enhances accessibility and allows for a dynamic exploration of the exhibited artworks.
submission guidelines
- Participants have to fill up the submission form and submit i) a Passport sized image (upto 500kb), ii) Detail biodata (upto 2MB) and iii) Soft copies (in jpg/png/pdf format only) of their entries through the official website of Srishti Media. File size should not exceed more than 5 MB in each
- Each artist can submit up to three entries in their chosen category
- Submissions starts 10 February 2024 onwards and the deadline for entries is 25 March 2024 (till 11.59 pm)
- All artworks must be original creations of the participants
- Selected participants will be communicated from the organiser on or before 1 April 2024
- There is a non-refundable join fees of Rs 800 (for Indian Citizen) and Rs 1800 (for other country participants) for each category
- Artworks selected for the event may be used in any online/offline promotional or publicity purposes of the event in future
- All winners and other participants will receive certificate of Participation and a brochure by post/courier within one month after the event
- We are organising an offline Art Exhibition each year, where the winners of ‘Kala-Sangam online Art Exhibition & Competition’ will get direct selection with their winning works.

- Complete the online application process, upload high-quality images of your artwork, make the payment and upload the payment receipt
- Hit the submit button and await the announcement of Selection and enjoy the virtual exhibition experience.
